This policy describes the standards we hold our own content to. It applies to every article on this site.
Who writes the content
Articles are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools, working from the official sources linked in each article. Aksh Soel, the site’s editor, checks each draft against those sources, edits it and approves it before it is published, and is responsible for its accuracy. Each article says if AI assistance was used and whether any product was actually tested.
Scope
We focus on everyday technology. We add a new subject only when we can cover it completely, with enough well-sourced articles to be genuinely useful, and we do not publish thin coverage of a topic just to fill space.
Our standards
- Accuracy first. Facts, specifications and prices come from the official source or the seller’s own page, and are checked before publication.
- Honest about method. Every article makes clear that it is research-based unless we actually tested the product. See How We Research.
- No invented experience. We do not fabricate testing, ratings, quotes, customer reviews or statistics.
- Balanced. Each article states the limitations and who an option is not suited to.
- Original writing. We do not copy other sites. Manufacturer text is used only for short factual quotations, with a link to the source.
- Clear commercial disclosure. Affiliate links are marked and explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. Commission does not influence recommendations.
Keeping content current
Each article shows a “last updated” date. Prices and offers are time-sensitive: we show when they were checked, and we remove or rewrite content about offers that have ended. Articles that can no longer be kept accurate are updated, merged into a better article, or removed.
Advertising
Advertising and affiliate income do not change what an article says. We do not accept payment to publish favourable coverage.
